"We have known each other since childhood and have always shared a common passion for the world of chocolate. It was therefore only natural for us to open our chocolaterie together.

When creating our pralines, each of us brings our own inspiration and identity. The fusion of these worlds allows us to craft pralines that are simple – highlighting craftsmanship and local terroir – yet always infused with a touch of originality and modernity.

We also place great importance on the origin of our chocolates, sourced through fair trade, in a way that respects both the environment and the growers."

PECAN NUTS

"Inspired by the famous Canadian pecan pie, this praline contains a pecan nut praline delicately sweetened with a touch of maple syrup. It is coated in 64% dark chocolate with intense, well-defined cocoa notes. Both crunchy and irresistibly indulgent, this creation is truly one of our favorites."

CARAMEL

"With this praline, our intention is to take you back to childhood, evoking the simple joy of a caramel candy. We add a modern twist through a subtle blend of cinnamon, vanilla, and fleur de sel. A treat that delights both children and adults alike."

SANSHO

"For this praline, we use Sansho pepper prepared by a craftsman from Mons. This pepper, both fruity and delicate, pairs perfectly with a ganache made from chocolates from Nicaragua and Haiti. We add cocoa nibs to enhance the chocolate intensity and provide a pleasant crunchy texture to the tasting experience."
